Los Cabos personalized customer service, extraordinary unique product offering, strict health and safety measures, and cohesive and swift response during the COVID-19 pandemic have played a critical role in the destination’s recovery and steady growth of its luxury segment. Virtuoso’s endorsement and token of confidence in Los Cabos continues to strengthen its position as Mexico’s premier travel destination and the preferred choice for U.S. luxury travelers looking for a close, safe and secure place to visit in 2021.

“We are overjoyed by Virtuoso’s announcement and encouraged by the support of our travel partners and loyalty from our exclusive travelers over the last year,” said Rodrigo Esponda, Managing Director of Los Cabos Tourism Board. “Virtuoso’s acceptance process is unique and it is a true honor to have 11 of our properties included in their portfolio. We look forward to continue partnering with our luxury hospitality brands to  provide unapparelled service and immersive travel experiences to all our visitors.”

Virtuoso’s recent acceptance follows the inclusion of the Four Seasons at Costa Palmas Hotel which was announced in June 2020, marking the addition of three properties to the Virtuoso network in less than a year – an extraordinary occurrence for the Virtuoso organization. Los Cabos luxury travel segment has gained an extraordinary momentum due to the destination’s close proximity to the U.S. and comprehensive security protocols implemented across the destination. On January 26, 2021, Los Cabos rolled out the “COVID-19 Testing Program” allowing US travelers to get tested before their international departure, adding another security layer to the health and safety measures that were implemented earlier last year. With increased connectivity, availability of private flying options, exclusive accommodations, and personalized travel experiences, Los Cabos is poised to continue its remarkable recovery in 2021.
