The Baja Luna experience would be incomplete without chef Tadd Chapman’s delectably curated menu. Fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers from Baja Luna’s farm compose and garnish most dishes. On top of that, Baja Luna hopes to develop long-lasting biodiversity within the Los Cabos community by relying solely on solar power and introducing on-site honey bees. Fresh and local ingredients, sustainable cooking methods, and unique food pairings. Could it get any better?
